I will write about this last weekend when I put pictures up. I do want to share one story though. As D and I were walking away from the conference center yesterday, an older man came running up to us. I didn't recognize him, so I thought David must know him, or he recognized David or something. wrong. The man smiled at me then looked at David and said, "I noticed something. You know this girl loves you, right?" I think mine and D's jaws dropped in shock. The man looked at me and exclaimed "Well it's true, isn't it?" I laughed [naturally] and said, "It is SO true." David grinned and told him that he did know. The man, still smiling, slapped David on the back and said "Good. Don't you ever forget that." And as he started walking across the street he looked back and said, "Grandpas can just tell these things." And then he was gone. SO CUTE!
Good news: My MFG 201 mid-term that I thought was today isn't until Wednesday. OH HAPPY DAY! [we won't go into details of how Giulia came to find this out. it's a little embarassing. and the only reason i'm writing all this out is so i don't forget how it all came about. if this didn't make sense to anyone, oh well, it does for me and that's all that matters on this one.]
