Recap.

Summer is FLYING by!!! We're almost at the halfway mark, :/ can we just make it slow dowwn please???

Pictures are worth a thousand words, or so someone said, so here's a few for your viewing pleasure.

Casee and me at The Lion King. Soooo goood! (ps, can i get the picture of all us? what camera is that on? Ashley's? And what about that awesome jumping one??? ) 

Keri came to visit!!! I just love her. We thought it would be super fun to give our arms a good waxin'. ;) Jenette documented it for us, which is why i have so many pictures of it. they're not all that exciting, but here's everything she got of the fun time in my bathroom. (and she only got the parts where Keri waxed Giulia, not when Giulia got Keri. sorry.)

Our fridge about a month ago. I drank 98% of that milk. YUM!

(it's a good thing Mamma raised us on skim. I LOVE my milk. I bought 3gal/week for myself up at school, and usually that wasn't enough. All I'm sayin is that had it been whole milk I've been guzzling my whole life, I would be the size of a baby whale.)

Okay, two stories here. #1: I'm out running with Brutus one afternoon, and this big ol' storm rolls in. The wind is crazy strong, rain is falling, rocks flying. Brutus was a baby and freaked out and i had to hold him and wait for the wind to die down until he became functional again. By the time we got back home i was sopping wet and plastered with rocks. It was a fun run. :)

#2: first burn of the season. Look closely. Can you see the small hand tan-line on my back? I guess I didn't rub my sunscreen in at all that morning, just gave myself a pat on the back at walked outside into the sun. woops. Also, be sure to check out those permanent suit lines. Those bad boys are there year round. awesome. :)

Another stormy day. The rain was comin' down SO HARD. It was insane! And look at the blue skies over vegas! This is one of the reasons I love southern nevada. We have some intense thunderstorms in the summer. I love just sitting outside and watching it pass through. In Provo it would be rainy all day long sometimes, but never would I hear the roll of thunder or the crack of lightning, and those are the best parts! It's hard to see the rain in the pictures, but wow, it was pouring! I have a video of it, but it was having issues loading, so I just gave up.

I was so happy I had to run outside and jump around in the rain.

Oh, I guess in the last half of these pictures you'll notice that I'm blonde again. It feels good to be back. :)
And another really exciting event took place this summer. My camera's batteries were dead though, so i didn't document it at all. Daniel and Tricia's wedding was about two weeks ago. They are so cute together and so in love it's funny. It was wonderful to see family and friends at the beautiful reception....where Giulia caught the bouquet! hahahaha. There are several stories running around as to how this happened. Mine is that I was in the right place, at the right time, and I happen to be quite good at jumping in high heels. :) Mom was yelling, "Throw it back! Throw it back!" heh.
